T.A.G.B. TIGERS – LET’S HEAR YOU ROAR!!!
TAGB Tigers teaches about taekwondo in a safe environment with other children aged between 4 and 8 years old. It encourages self-confidence and self-discipline, balance and co-ordination but most of all, the children’s fitness levels increase but they are having so much fun that they don’t notice!
The syllabus used is the same as that used for the adults in the TAGB and progress is measured at regular gradings under the watchful eye of the vice–chairman of the TAGB, Master Michael Dew 8th Dan.
The children do not need any special equipment to start off with, just loose fitting clothing and a drink (preferably water).
Once the children have tried out the free lessons and decide that they want to keep coming, they need to become members of the TAGB. They are given a starter pack which includes the Membership Application Form. This currently costs £35 and needs to be completed and returned as quickly as possible and is renewed annually.
Also in the starter pack is a Tiger Activity Record Card. The Tigers collect stickers on this every time they attend and are rewarded regularly with certificates of achievement.
Monthly prices are :
Single student £15.00

TIGER OF THE MONTH
Tiger of the month for November is Soloman Howard. Solomon is very hard working and thinks hard about everything I tell him. He always does his best to get it right. Well done, Solomon, you really deserve this award. (This letter is slightly early to announce changes to training times so the belt will be awarded next Wednesday).
